These were great apartments! It was fairly quite and the neighbors were not too noisey. About a month after we moved in we kept seeing bites on us. Then it got to where we were not sleeping very well at all. I found the bed bugs and went to the land lord Garland Crane and he acted on the problem fairly quickly. It took about a week to get someone out to spray. We lost our beds, pillows, sheets due to holes eaten out of them, memory foam topper, we spent lots of money on hotels because our dog kept getting sick at our apartment with the fumes of the exterminator, we had to spend over 100.00 just to wash everything in our apartment, I have scars all over my arms where the bugs would eat my flesh at night, our vaccum is ruined, we calculated over 1700.00 in expenses in the past month for these insects. Our neighbors then informed us that they have been dealing with the bugs for quite some time now and the land lord has done nothing about it. They are an older couple and are on a fixed income so having to replace beds, and funriture means they go with out medications. Its just wrong!!!! Now with out apartment infested; there are 4 apartments infested with bed bugs out of about 12 apartments. Garland Crane has now offered us 100.00 discount on our rent for having to put up with the bugs. HAHAHAHAHAHA That doesn't even touch the expences we have encountered because all he wanted to do was rent out an apartment....he knew the bugs were in the apartment and this sickens me that people treat other people like this. DONT MOVE HERE THE ENTIRE PLACE IS INFESTED WITH BED BUGS!!!!!

I moved into my new Windsor Court Apt the end of May by June I had bites on my arms and ankles I thought were mosquito bites. I found bedbugs my new bed was ruined. Talked to neighbors found out about infestation. Beware of lying owners.
