Police said that a Honda Accord ran a red light and slammed into an oncoming GET Bus injuring several people Friday afternoon.
Around 12 p.m. Friday, Joe Baldoz with the California Highway Patrol said that a GET Bus was at Washington Street and California Avenue getting ready to turn onto eastbound California Avenue, when a silver Honda Accord ran a red light and slammed into the GET Bus.
There were a total of three vehicles involved and ABC23 learned that a total of 6 people were injured.
The CHP has not released any details as to the condition of the other occupants in the vehicles or on the GET Bus.
